Refund Policy
The first order of MagNerva+ Magnesium Patches with B12 + ALA is covered by our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, also described as our 60 Nights guarantee.
Requesting support or a refund
Contact suporte@beyourfuture.com.br within the guarantee period and include your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and reply by email.
The product must be returned to receive a refund. After you contact us, our support team will provide the return address by email; we do not publish the return address online.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds are processed after we receive the returned product.
We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges.
Order cancellation
An order may be canceled only before it ships, and cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact suporte@beyourfuture.com.br as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return policy applies. There is no cancellation fee.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the damage to suporte@beyourfuture.com.br within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Gifts
One free gift is available per customer and only with the first order. If the first order is refunded, the free gift must be returned with the product or $20, its advertised value, will be deducted from the refund.
