Shipping Policy
Be Your Future, doing business as MagNerva+, ships MagNerva+ Magnesium Patches with B12 + ALA to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery within the United States is estimated at 3–7 business days after processing. During holidays or high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, high-demand periods, address issues, or other events outside our control.
Shipping carrier
Shipments may be handled by FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, EMS, or local delivery partners.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking systems may take additional time to display movement after a shipment is created.
Shipping costs
Any shipping cost that applies to an order will be displayed in USD at checkout before purchase.
Delivery issues
If a package arrives damaged, email a photo of the damage to suporte@beyourfuture.com.br within 48 hours of delivery.
If tracking confirms that a package has been lost, we will send one replacement shipment. Lost packages are not refunded.
Shipping address
Please review the shipping address before submitting an order. Contact suporte@beyourfuture.com.br promptly if you notice an error. Address changes may no longer be possible after fulfillment begins.
