Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://magnerva.com, MagNerva+ Magnesium Patches with B12 + ALA, and related information, features, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Online store terms
You must be the age of majority where you live to purchase through the Services. You may not use the Services or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, or violate the rights of others.
2. Orders and account information
Information you provide for an order must be current, complete, and accurate. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including when fraud, inventory, pricing, or payment issues are identified. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided.
3. Products, prices, and payments
Product descriptions, availability, prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Prices are displayed and charged in USD. The price and any shipping or tax amount shown at checkout and in the order confirmation apply to that purchase.
4. One-time purchases
All orders are one-time purchases. You are charged once, at checkout, for the pack you select. Orders do not renew automatically and there are no recurring charges.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery within the United States is estimated at 3–7 business days after processing. During holidays or high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Shipments may be handled by FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, EMS, or local delivery partners. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Additional terms are in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
The first order of MagNerva+ includes a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, also described as a 60 Nights guarantee. The product must be returned, at the customer's shipping expense, before a refund is processed. Our support team provides the return address after the customer emails suporte@beyourfuture.com.br. We do not charge a restocking fee and do not offer exchanges. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
One free gift is available per customer and only with the first order. If the first order is refunded, the free gift must be returned with the product or $20, its advertised value, will be deducted from the refund.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and their text, graphics, product names, designs, images, video, audio, and other content are owned by or licensed to Be Your Future and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws. The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Third-party services and links
Some parts of the Services rely on third-party checkout, payment, hosting, analytics, fulfillment, shipping, or other providers. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Feedback
If you submit reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you represent that you have the right to provide it and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate, improve, and promote the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
10. Errors and changes
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit estimates, and availability. We may update or discontinue parts of the Services as permitted by law.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the express 60-Day Money Back Guarantee and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Your Future and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Services or products. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be Your Future and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims resulting from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or another person's rights.
14. Governing law
These Terms and any separate agreement for the Services are governed by the applicable laws of the United States. Applicable federal and state or territorial courts have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that cannot be waived.
15. Severability and changes
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
